I sent my 360 in for repairs after i got a unreadable disc error with awkward noises so i sent it back to microsoft i was still under warranty they pay for shipping and what not so i shipped it in they fixed it and ship it out to me.. i track my 360 for days it seems to be making it to my house but then it gets delieverd to someone in Missouri when i live in pennsylvania... i called them up and FedEx said they would try to go back to the guys house and pick it up but what if the guy denied he ever signed for the package and was cold and sinister..? so i called microsoft and they said they would ship me a New 360 if that was the case do u think Microsoft really will ship me a new 360? Has anyone else had an experiance like this one... any suggestions on what i should do?

You will get a new one for sure no worries. Legally they can get in alot of trouble if you decided to sue. You never know what the reason was for it going to the guys house. I worked at Fedex before and sometimes the label would get messed up and then replaced. They probably will not be able to get that one from the guy though because it will be hard to prove since they made a mistake. It is also doubtful if Fedex refunds anyone because Microsoft wants to keep good relations with the shipping company so they may overlook it or maybe not. They will just have to cut the loss and ship you a new one. Dont worry rest assured you will get one soon if they do whats right. If you have any problems get them on the phone and each time you call document it so you can tell them the next time about the mistakes on their part.

I would say that microsoft would send you a "new to you" xbox 360, but they will get theres out of fedex for delivering to the wrong house, unless it was a shipping error from microsoft. In which case they will eat it. Whats 300 dollars added to the millions they have already lost.

Even though it was Fedex mess up Microsoft probably would do it out of there good customer support they're trying to keep up. They probably will give you a new one but if it's fedex I'm guessing he had to sign for the package so you'll be getting it back. If by some chance they can't get it back from the guy micosoft will send you one then go after fedex to reimburse them .

I think M$ will send you another xbox 360, but it would probably be another repaired/refurbished xbox, not a new one.
If your lucky , they will also send you a gift of some sort for making you wait the extra month it might take to get you reunited with your console.

you should take legal action if you don't get one. the person who signed for it is committing fraud. they know who signed for it and should do as much as they can to get it back ASAP.
