1. DNA has two strands; RNA has one strand.
2. DNA has the bases ATCG; RNA has AUCG.
3. DNA in the chromosomes is found only in the nucleus. (There is some DNA in the mitochondria and chloroplasts, but that's another story.) RNA is formed in the nucleus, but it works in the cytoplasm.

letter names of bases for dna and rna 4 for both
dna has adenine thymine guanine and cytosine
RNA has adenine guanine cytosine and uracil
DNA in the nucleus
RNA in ribosome and cytoplasm(aka cytosol)
