in yahoo news it says britney's sister is pregnant, i dont personally care but i know a lot of people do...so whats your opinion on jamie Lyn spears being preg?

Very sad all the way around. Her mother seemed too busy exploiting her daughters and living off their money to really be a parent. Who lets their 16 year old daughter live with her 19 year old boyfriend in Los Angeles? What kind of parent is that?
But let's not forget Jamie Lynne. Couldn't she just give the guy a BJ like all the other high school girls? What about taking a pill or telling the guy your not going there without a condom? Here is a question, if you are making $25,000 a week for being on a TV show and product endorsements, how come you can't buy a package of trojans for $3.99?
Just very sad and some very dumb decisions all the way around.

So What. Who Cares.
It truly amazes me, all i'm seeing are questions about "is she really pregnant"? The truth of the matter is she is no diffrent from any other 16 year old girl out there who has gotten themselves in the same situation and became pregnant. So why the big deal now? This is not a shock or a suprise. This is a reality regardless of if she is a celebrity or not. End of the day she is a teenager.
People are so very quick to judge without knowing the half of a person's situation. I dont see anyone calling her 19 year old boyfriend a "slut".. or does the fact that hes 19 even make a difference to anyone?
At least she's keeping her baby. If she said she was having an abortion, still no one would be satisfied and she would be criticized for that as well.
Even role models make mistakes. Im not here to judge. Yes, she should have really waited until she was older, but im sure she will get through it all. She might even be a great mother, dispite her age, it is always possible.
Just because her sister screwed up in the motherhood dept. does not mean she will or has to go the same route. Our world is nothing without positive folks.

Jamie Spears can still be a role model. Think about all the young teenage mothers that will be looking up to her now. Yeah okay, shes young... but this situation happens everyday, and it doesnt make her or any other young mother less of a person, and it for sure does not make her a s l u t.

Honestly, I think her and her boyfriend are both idiots. They're both old enough to understand the consequences of having sex. It was even rumoured that Jamie had a pregnancy scare last summer. Why wasn't she smart enough to go on the pill after the first scare (or before the first scare for that matter)? You can't tell me that a girl with the kind of resources she has didn't have access to birth control. She had a promising career at stake and thanks to her own carelessness that's all over now. Not only that but she let down all her little fans. As I said, they're both idiots.

Their family needs help. Obviously Jamie looks up to Britney and both of them want attention, so they do crazy things.

I don't think it is anyone's place to judge her. People act like this is the first time a 16 year old has become pregnant. Just because she is a celebrity people are saying things that shouldn't be said. There are children much younger than her that are getting pregnant everyday. People need to stop being so nosy and caught up in the celebrity world. Their lives doesn't concern us. She is human. So get over it and worry about your own.

I'm shocked and kind of sad. 16 is so young to have a baby, even with all the money and help that the Spears have.

hey im 16, so i can kinda realte but I think she is a S l ut. come on a 19 year old. a 16 or 17 old is bad. but worse she got pragnent. I feel sorry for the kids who look up to her
