No he isn't gay. If most guys were honest they'd tell you they envy the guy......and would like to have that little skill themselves.
Heck, why not ask him to demonstrate it for you and then offer to finish him off? Get involved.

His being Greek has nothing to do with if he is gay or not, although it could be the reason he absolutely will not admit to being gay, if he is. Just because he does not have a girlfriend does not mean he is gay. He could be a "late bloomer", in other words just slow to get excited about woman. If he is your best friend then I would be very careful about this situation or you could lose him as a friend. YOu could possibly start letting him know how you feel about gay people, and that may open a discussion between you and him. Good luck.

um.... I don't know why you had to mention that he was sweet and black (maybe people thought you were profiling black men as gay?) but I don't know. Anyway, no it is not abnormal. I am sure he masterbates right? Does that make him gay?
