We have a favorite photo of 22 inches of snow on the deck, and a single path cleared to the grill, so the answer at our house would be a definite YES! We always grill with the lid down so cold weather grilling just means adding a little more grilling time (we use the cookout calculator at charcoalbob.com for this).
We think grilled food in winter is particularly flavorful, and also a good way to become popular with our neighbors.

We don't BBQ in the snow normally although we have been known to smoke a turkey one Thanksgiving and it had snowed.
There's just nothing like an awsome steak off the grill (charcoal not gas)

Here it doesn't snow or get that cold so we use the grill year round. It never snows in Southeast Louisiana. It snowed once in my life, and not even enough to make a decent snowman or to have a snowball fight.

I remember one time barbecuing on our covered porch in the snow. It was windy and the snow was blowing it. I'm sure our neighbors and you, too, by the look of it thought we were nuts. But we were eating delicious BBQ steak and they weren't.

When I ate meat, all the time. My ex has a picture of me wrapped up from head to toe in winter gear, at the grill with a beer in my hand.
That was a long time ago.
Now, I'm a single vegetarian who doesn't drink.

No, not usually, maybe a couple times in the winter and that is only if it is semi-warm!
The colder months is when I make chilie, stew and different soups. Everyone loves it and it is just to dang hot to make that stuff here during the summer.

My parents do...we live in Minnesota, so even if it's snowing outside and it's 10 below, my dad will still be out there grilling.
