I mean, they appear to be "hanging" more than the usual time, instead of being "up" and "closer" as they should be. is it a sign of exhaustion?

Zach, can you give me some more details? What does temperature have to do with producing sperm?

They will hang low or be close to your body depending on the temperature around them. If it is cold your testicles will be close to your body for warmth. If it is hot or for example you have been in a hot bath they will hang lower to be away from the heat of the body. The temperature dictates sperm production hence the movement.

When they hang in different places higher or lower it all has to do with temperature regulation for producing sperm.Nothing serious.
