How would someone know if a seizure is fake or the real thing?

Can't say that I do, that would be really messed up. My dog has epilepsy and I would be pretty upset if I found out to know someone who faked a seizure.

Yep, and has had several broken bones too according to her, but we know differently. It is an attention seeking behavior. Just don't play into it. That is what the person wants.

That's a pretty sick thing to do. What happens if he gets a real seizure? :)

My sister-in-law, Carol, fakes fainting spells when there are gatherings and she's not the center of attention.
What a pain !!!

supposedly my grandma's neighbor does that. she has tried to commit suicide. it's actually quite sad. ohhhhhhhh, and she's even accusing my two cousins of raping her. I am serious. I'm not really sure of what's happening with the case, and I'm not really informed of the whole "rape" thing, but I hope that poor girl gets help
