lol what? well, I used to follow the cheifs when priest Holmes was at his peak its so sad the way he had to retire. the chiefs have all the pieces on offense with the exception of a QB(im not sure Brody or whatever his name is is the answer) the chiefs have one of the worst records along with Miami and the ravens so they will have one of the top picks and I suggest they used that on COlt Brennon from Hawaii he has a rocket Arm and can get the ball to those WRs and Lj will contunue his dominance. But yeah it is a sad situation in kanasas City right now. Things are not looking bright but I have a feeling they will after this season if they can muster up some top picks on defense as wll because that has alwasys been their problem even when they were in the playoffs. The Coach has nothing to do with their inability to stop the opposing offenses thats the DEf. coordinators job Edwards is a good coach he just need some players on the DEF side and a new QB and they can finally win some games.

I am sorry it has been a long year for the Chiefs. Yes, get an offensive line man would be important. They have looked sluggish on offense but they also have been in most of their games so I think there will be a bright future for them. A good draft could be the medicine the doctor ordered.

Hey, I'm a Denver fan and we're in the same boat.

The Chiefs are at a crossroads with aging veterans, and some youth that hasn't panned out.

They could use to take a high draft pick and trade down for multiple picks.

EDIT: I second the motion to kick that traitor Eddie Kennison to the curb. He needs to take a long walk off a short pier.

HERM EDWARDS MUST GO!

he clearly cannot coach!

the Chiefs are loaded on TALENT!

LJ
Tony Gonzales
Dwanye Bowe
Kolby Smith

But they've been making some BONEHEADED DECISIONS! typical Herm Edwards!

releasing Special Teams wonder Dante Hall???

Eddie Kennison is old as DIRT! give a younger quick guy some playing time!

Jared Allen is a monster
Bernard Pollard is a monster
Donnie Edwards is a monster but a little old

Ty Law (OLD) should give up that starting CB spot and play nickelback (he's getting burned all to OFTEN!)
Patrick Surtain (OLD)
The Chiefs have no reliable kicker!
Special teams is nonexistent!

The Chiefs need some younger guys in the secondary
The recievers corps needs a complete overhaul behind Dwanye Bowe!
Larry Johnson needs to shut his mouth and play!
Herm Edwards needs to go!
New offensive coordinator
New defensive coordinator

Marty Schottenheimer! Bring some conservative Martyball into KC rely more on LJ and Kolby Smith...WEST COAST OFFENSE! gradually develop Croyle into a quick and accurate passer!

Jason Garrett in KC!
Agressive play calling! Tony Gonzales is utilized more often!

DEFENSE.....DEFENSE....DEFENSE!

Cornerbacks
Receivers
Defensive Tackles
Offensive linemen who can replace HOF Roaf and Shields

Thats what the need in the draft!

Jets fan. Not really depressed. There's still plenty of good football being played this year. Too much to really dwell on our terrible season. I still think this has been a great year overall. Lots of great plays, records, and history being made. Not to mention, the upper echelon teams are really good this year and should make for some great playoff games.

I feel your pain. As a Broncos fan since the dawn of time I've grown used to being in the playoffs each year. Things have changed as you know. I see the recruitment failures and play calling decisions.....

It's tough but both teams will get better.

Now you know how Jets fans felt all those years having Herm. Make the playoffs one year and do horribly the next. Get use to it, my Jets are pretty bad as well. I hope they lose out, which they probably will.

I feel your pain.

Thats part of the territory to having a team, you have to stick with them through the bad and the good. No one can be great all the time, unless you had chuck norris on your team.
