If you mean a vaginal area odor, there a a number of posibilities. You can eliminate many of the causes in a few minutes at home. I am assuming that you are young and new to this whole vaginal situation. There are odors that come from baterial infections that you need to go to the doctor. On the other had if you have just recently gone through puberty and grown hair, maybe masturbating or otherwise causing an increase in vaginal secretions, this might just be a new bathing situation. Wash well the areas between the inner and outer labia, and around ther clitoris and under the hood with a mild body wash or soap. Secretions and dead skin cells can accumulate there and feed bacteria and molds causing an odor. Washing well regularly takes care of that.
Another cause can be that hair and the dead cells around the base of the hair absorb the secretions. When you "get wet" there is a sudden surge of odor, much more than fresh fluids can account for. The solution can be trimming and shaving or waxing. Odor can decrease by up to 99% by getting rid of hair and exfoliating. If these washing and shaving do not solve the problem an doctor is needed.

Why?
Do you shower daily? If yes, try using something Pinetarsol. it is very good at killing skin bacteria that cause odour.
If this is vaginal sourced. See the doctor. you might have an infection.
Also cut down on foods containing yeast. I believe it can be a factor.
If it is flatulence, too much rich/sugary food, too much fries, too much fat. Reduce all those and get onto lots of fresh or lightly steamed vegetables.
