I just started taking Adderall (time released) and now my period is late.. I've taken several pregnancy tests and they are all negative. Could the Adderall have an impact on my period? (I'm also on birth control pills, so my period is usual regular..)

Yes, it's possible that this medication could be affecting your period. I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.

a) don't take antibiotics that weren't prescribed for you - why do you have any left over? Everytime you are prescribed antibiotics, FINISH them. Please - I would like to them work for ME the next time I need them, and you are contributing to antibiotic resistance. b) it could be you were on too large of a dose of adderal - especially if you felt "great" which is a sure sign of taking too much, and more likely to make the side effects pop up. c) doesn't sound like nicotine overdose, but don't "cheat" while wearing patches - if you think you are "cutting back" you are only fooling yourself ;)
