He is not a member of the Players Association, so technically isn't in any games. However, every video game for the past several years has had a Bonds-equivalent player - that is, someone with his stats and attributes under a different name. A quick Google search will find out what name he is in any game, or just look for a powerful Giants outfielder with a name you've never heard of.

He is in all games, although in most he is put under several different names. In MLB 06 and 07 I believe he is under Reggie Stocker. Same attributes, different name
