Just wondering if anyone has ever taken any of these supplements from the healty food store and if they had increased the breast size or made them fuller at all? I like the size of my breasts (34B) I am a small frame, and would just like them to become a little more full. Let me know if you have had any experiences with these!

breast size is geneticially pre-determined. No supplement or drug will effect a lasting change in size or shape. Only large weight gain, or surgical implants can do what you are talking about.

I took all three plus some for 2 years with no results. I also incorporated chinese massage, mauling myself religiously every night. This June (6 months ago) I ended up deciding on a breast augmentation. I was terrified, but was also completely sick of all my other efforts going unrewarded. I am so glad I did it. I went from a 32A to a 34C, and got very natural results. :0)

I never heard of those for hair. The best hair supplements are C, E, zinc, selenium and other trace minerals, biotin, pantothenic acid and PABA. Be careful too much zinc, selenium and trace minerals can be toxic.

well i heard frommy mom that it's better for your breasts if you eat more friut because it makes them grow. I also recommend some vitamin d because of the higher amount of fat in it.afetr all breasts are mostly fat and some muscle
