NAD+ is nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide. It serves as an intracellular oxidizing agent (a.k.a., electron acceptor) in the process of alcohol fermentation. NADH donates a proton H+ in this process which is an exothermic process in fermentation.

Yes, that's one of the products. It takes NADH and sends NAD+ back to glycolysis. Alcoholic fermentation produces alcohol and carbon dioxide.

there are more than 3 products, depending upon what you are looking for as in CO2 + alcohol because there is acetaldehyde, ATP, NADH, etc. choose and perish
