fermentation help?

for honors bio--
what kinds of foods or beverages are made form fermentaiton and what type of fermentation (lactic acid or alcoholic)
thanks!!

Breads and alcohols are made from fermentation. Both are made by alcoholic fermentation which produces carbon dioxide (to make bread rise) and alcohol.

Also include:
Saurkraut and Kimchee (LA, lactobacillus)
Lambic beer (wild yeast, but sometimes fungal or bacterial fermentation)
Some meats/fish as well
