when ever you think they can and will abide by your wishes to avoid bad sites and not go against you then that should be the age when you stop using it.not at what age should you start or quit. there is no set age as each child or teen mature at different ages. hope this helps you. good luck.

In my own professional opinion, that is for the parent to decide. When you are 100% sure that your child is intelligent enough to practice safe surfing.

I know some adults, that should be on "parental control", when it comes to the use of the internet.
