That's the unique thing about meats
and vegetables; if they're cooked and handled
properly, there should be minimal to zero
contaminations and cross-contaminations
to contend with..that being said: it's very difficult to trust a
meat market whose practices favor profits and
cost-effectiveness over the health of its overall consumers.
There's nothing wrong with turning a profit, but when that
market's policy enforces the practice of mixing old or
expired meats with newer, fresher meats of similar types;
then how does one trust that?
Always inspect your meats..and whenever possible, request
that they prepare you the meat(s) you're seeking to purchase
straight from the back. And inspect that or those meats as well.
Especially check to see if it has a fowl odor to it..because
once the meat begins to smell you can no longer cook it
to where it would be safe enough to consume.
Happy Holidays!
And peace always.

If it looks off colour or funky then no I wouldn't buy it as no matter how well or much you cooked it you would probably get quiet ill. I buy a lot of meat from the supermarket and some from the butcher and if cooked right have had no problems. :) Merry Xmas.

I trust anything God gives me, as it is all good. For those who don't know him, or 1st Timothy 4:4 or Psalm 91 I pity u. He protects those who honor him, and their is nothing to fear.

God bless u,

Daniel
