If you are suing someone in civil court it is conspiracy to commit conversion (stealing) or whatever other crime the tools were used for.

in order to have standing to sue, you are going to have to show that you were personally harmed by the actions of the other person. if they stole something from you then they can be charged with a conversion, or a trespass to chattels under a conspiracy theory. But if you are just made that they broke the law, you can not sue them.

Why? Did you commit a crime? You would both be charged he/she would be an accessory to the crime

you can't sue them, that is a legal matter to be resolved by the police and the court system.
