i have all the system requirements but i only have a cd-rw drive not a dvd drive. can i still install windows vista?

If you can find a Vista install on a CD. I would recommend installing a DVD drive though since it would be faster, useful, and usually can read CDs as well.

yes but your going to need to 1. talk to microsoft about getting a cd copy of the os
2. turn the dvd into a cd which is going to require access to a computer with a dvd drive, several programs and a ton of time.

No for 2 motives.First the HP CD is tied to the unique hardware and your replica will lock on activation and 2nd you won't be able to even flow with the installation while the CD detects that it fairly is no longer a HP bios
