Some people do change. Others do not. It's not OK to cheat, but people are only human and it does happen. Be truthful. Covering up cheating with lies just makes things worse.

Tbh it's not ok to cheat there is no excuse.. if you love your partner but they cannot give you sex because of some medical problem, it's still not okay to cheat just for the sex. In all circumstances.. you either dump and move on..or you stick with your partner and deal with it.. otherwise your just a bad person. I would never forgive someone for cheating. If you cheat on your partner you cannot love them, because if you really loved them you would not betray thier trust and hurt them and be so selfish and lie to them about it. If your in a loveless marriage then seperate and move on you don't need to do it behind your partners back. Long distance relationship well you knew what you were in for.. if you can't commit then you shouldn't be in that relationship fullstop. Also drinkingg is no excuse for cheating because if you get drunk with people and you know when your drunk you may get with these people you should not do it in the fiest place. you can't blame the drink.

I think for the most part, it CAN be true, but not always. Age might have a big impact if they were a cheat when they were young. Also, certain lifestyle choices, like drinking. If someone has cheated when they got drunk, that COULD be an influence. If they can keep alcohol out of their life, the opportunity to cheat may never arise again.

I think when a person finds the right one they will stop cheating, however I would never assume I am that one they will stop for. If the person comes clean with you and admits to cheating in the past give them a shot, but if you find that your trust is failing, it isn't going to work. I don't think cheating is EVER okay, but people do make mistakes.

Well I am not sure. A person can change but if that person has cheated before many times then they might be a cheater for their rest of their life. It takes a person to change gradually. If that person stopped dating for a while or thought for a long time they probably changed. They can't change themselves that fast unless someone forces them to change. A cheater can either gradually change and stop or a cheater will be a cheater for life.

if they never cheated on you .... then you cant really blame them for who or what they were in their past .... if you trust them .. then commit to that trust ... if you have doubts ... then dont waste your time ... you will drive yourself crazy
