Has it been operating this year? there is a gas valve on the line coming into the furnace. check to see if it is on. Also, if your furnace is operating correctly the blower should not operate until plenum{ heat chamber} reaches a certain preset temp. Maybe a repairperson is the best solution.

There are some issues that is incorrect, On first lightup of wintry climate, we'd ought to open a gas valve, the thermocouple may be broken, or the fan administration change may be undesirable or set incorrect for some reason... The fan administration change tells the igniter while the furnace is purged of any flamable gasses, and risk-free to easy. and of path confirm any pilot lighting fixtures fixtures are lit per training on the furnace housing.

sounds like you have no fuel. is your hot water tank gas as well? if so, and it has a pilot light lit in it, then check to see if there is a valve that is shut-off between the two. If all the valves are on, then the thermocouple may have too many deposits on it or my be in the wrong position to verify gas fire.

Have you turned the gas back on? since you may have turned it off during the summer?
Gas in the tank? Gas turned on at the tank?
Thermostat turned on to HEAT?
And high enough for it to come on?
If this doesn't solve it - may need a tech to come out.
all the best
