hmm...well, since i have dark brown hair, all of my underarm hair is dark brown. so not really sure why this is important. i shave mine every 2 -3 days. I can normally go about 2 days before I feel weird wearing a sleeveless top.
and your same hairs grow back in the same place time and again. they don't grow back thicker or faster or whatever other wives tale you hear. unless you damage the follicule by things like laser or electrolysis, they grow back the same exact way every single time. ditto for all the hair on your body. if the rumors were all true, balding men should immediately start shaving their heads to promote hair growth. which is a total lie.

My mom does and she says that they grow back like normal hairs do. with in a week.
