How do I get a song to automatically play when I view the slide show? I want the song to keep playing when I go to the next slides and I don't want to have to keep clicking on the little speaker on every slide.

I went
insert>movies and sounds> sound from file
but I want the song to keep on playing with out stopping

When you insert the sound file, as soon as you insert it, a dialog box should come up and let you choose between clicking for sound or to start automatically. Choose automatically.

i dont know if theres anything like that on powerpoint but u could try having a different program in the background playing the music
