Depends on the type of snow. If it's really heavy, wet, "packing" snow, it's incredibly easy. If it's the light, fluffy crap, it's next to impossible (the flakes won't stick together)

Not if there's a lot of moist snow. Dry snow makes it more difficult to pack together. I love playing in snow.

NO. You just start off with a snowball and start rolling it in snow to make it bigger. Make 3 huge "snowballs" and stack them on top of each other. Use twigs for arms, rocks or coal for eyes and mouth, a carrot for the nose. You can dress it up with scarfs and hats.

If you have the right type of snow, it's easy. It's easy because it's so much fun. I made one this past Sunday.

Only hard if the snow is not "good packing." It needs a bit of moisture in it to be able to roll it and shape it.

It all depends on the kind of snow you have. It needs to be good packing snow.
