Since being dizzy is not a normal occurrence for anyone in
good health, there is always a reason for concern. Just the
other day I woke up to being dizzy as I sat on the side of my
bed and was seeing the room spin around. It is a scary
experience not being able to tell which end is up. I had to get
help walking to the restroom. I didn't try to lay back down, but
sat up and tried to begin my day. But when I turned my head
to the side, I became dizzy again. And very nauseaus. I had
this off and on for a full day and a half. Since then, I've been
experiencing symptoms of respiratory infection with sinus
thrown in and stomach trouble. Since I am hearing of others
who have these same symptoms, I believe it must be viral and
catching. I have just so many days til Christmas, and I sure
want to be over this soon.

I get dizzy for no apparent reason, I think it is from high blood pressure, often when I get up from a chair I will swoon, or if I haven't eaten in a while. (Low blood sugar) , it could also be an inner ear infection causing the dizziness, If you continue to get dizzy spells go to the Doctor to have him check out the things I mentioned, the dizziness is a warning signal that something may be out of whack. Hope you feel better soon

Yes but I refer to it as being light headed. That's just semantics though. I am diabetic and have a minor blood pressure problem. If my sugar level drops or my blood pressure drops I can get that dizzy feeling. If it happens with no other symptoms and doesn't clear quickly I start the glucose and BP checks because something isn't right.

If lightheaded qualifies, then yes. And NO apparent reason.

Started in March - could not drive, could not stand to ride in a car. happened about every ten days. then in July, it was gone and never came back.

I started eating a perfect diet, that is the only change I made, but I was eating pretty healthy anyway.

Yes. Maybe it's because I'm a blonde. Honestly, yes I do and there is no reason for it like standing up too quickly. It hasn't become a problem yet though. No ear problems, no BP problems either.

Yes, I had a bout of vertigo several years ago that only went away after going to hospital and getting a shot. Scary. I had every test known to try to learn source but never did. Mine never came back, thank goodness.

Only when my blood pressure sky rockets for no apparent reason.

Yes because I have vertigo. Sometimes its a mild diziness and sometimes I am in bed at least a week, trying to get the bed to stay still.

Happens a lot these days. Get up too fast, or stoop over and stand back up. Doesn't take as much as it used to.
