We call it White Elephant. Everyone brings a wrapped present (we set a $ limit). Then everyone draws numbers. #1 chooses a present and unwraps it, #2 can steal that gift or choose something still wrapped, and so on. If your gift gets stolen you can steal someone elses or choose something wrapped. Once you've had possession of something 3 times it can no longer be stolen.

I forgot the name, but basically

They start the gift exchange one person at a time (normal Kris Kringle deal), person F gets a gift, they open it. If they do not like it, they get to steal(trade)the gift from Person B. Person B cannot steal from Person F, but can steal from Person A, C, D, or E. That person (A, C, D, or E) then gets stuck because they cannot steal/trade. Person G opens thier gift, rinse repeat.

Dirty Santa. If it's your turn then you can take someone elses present if you don't like yours. The person who draws one can pick any present they want at the end.
