The fundamental components remain the same: Ilium, ischium and pubes.But the mode of walking and gate have an effect on the angles of these components. The bulk of the body is related to the size.Broadly, it is of three types: one is seen in man and another in creatures like dogs and cats. Third type can be seen in dinosaurs.
Frogs, lizards, and birds have to be examined for other differences.
