A hug is the most basic touch we can give each other to comfort and let people know you are there for them. It feels good to know that someone loves us so much they took time to embrace and comfort us.

I like hugs , I suppose they feel so good because it is a brief moment of intimacy between two people. Whether they are father/son, brother/sister,close friends we all need to feel loved.

Regardless of the intention behind it,it's the comingling of humanity,the confirmation that someone is expressing ,in a positive way,toward you.And,with an embrace in return,you can give it right back.Hugs rock!
