It has been proven that warm water will cause a snake to release its grip. Poring hard liquor in its mouth will also do the trick believe it or not, the very strong taste makes them release their jaws and their coils. So if it was the first choic lmao I would probably try to pee on it hahahaha I think liquor would be better though. Either that or start bitting it as hard as I can which many people have done successfully but it kills the snake.

I have often thought about this. I'm assuming the snake is a python that already has hold of you. If a person has been caught by a large python, the best thing that I can think of is to try as hard as possible to force the snake's jaws open, so it's no longer biting you, and do your best to unwrap the coils that it will undoubtedly have wrapped around you. It's unlikely to work, and I think an unarmed person would have just about zero chance, but you'd have to try something. Another idea would be to open it's jaws so it's not biting you, and then to hold it's head and force your thumbs into it's eyes and keep them there or take off your watch or other hard jewellery and scratch it's eyes.
I don't think anything would work really. The only way to stay safe is not to be caught by a giant snake in the first place.

First, I would build a Martian Death Ray, using the Imodium-P32 Space Modulator I always carry for just this eventuality. Then I would drape myself artistically over the muzzle, thus luring the snake into range. At the proper moment, I would pull the trigger, resulting in an Earth- (and presumably snake-) shattering Kaboom! If that failed, I would put a lit stick of dynamite on a cake, set it down in front of the snake and sing Happy Birthday to it, running away as it tried unsuccessfully to blow the 'candle' out.

If a constrictor has you, you can injure the eye and penetrate the eye socket and it would probably release you. Also, lifting the tail can weaken its hold on you.
