Chemistry question...Neon Atom?

I have to build this neon atom for Chemistry and I dont have any idea how to start it. I know I'm using Christmas bulbs for it though. Can anyone explaine to me how to do this, or where on the internet I can look for help???PLEASE

I don't know how you are going to do it, but you say you are using tree lights, so I guess you'll be okay. Put 10 red tree lights in the center together with 10 blue ones. Those are the protons and neutrons of the nucleus. Next, put two yellow tree lights outside in a circle, and eight yellow tree lights in a larger circle beyond those. Those are the10 electrons.
