Do you mean as in the average penis size for a 14 year old guy to have or the average size penis a 14 year old girl wants?
OK....anywhere between 5 and 6inches is average for a guy to have.

Depends on how it's measured. Standard penile measurements are taken when the penis is erect. You're still growing and going through puberty, and everybody matures at different rates. So don't worry about it--your penis is long enough to reach your body, isn't it?
