It's sort of a half-hearted yawn, a slow roll to the left while making an upper body twist, leaving the body half in the bed under the covers and half out. After a short repose from the exertion, the covers are slowly remove and I lift my body to a sitting position. After a brief rest I stand erect and begin the arduous task of dressing and facing the day.

I bounce straight up when the alarm goes off at 7:00 am , get my grandaughter up and breakfast, drive her to school and come home , click on seniors for a while then bounce back in bed for a few more hours. It's the only way I can get through the whole day.

I have to drag out. Then it takes me while to get going. There are times when I know I am going on a trip or something similar that I wake up ready to go. The only thing that I have that bounces are my boobs.

Can't say as I bounce out, but I've always been an early riser. Unless I'm feeling sick, I don't usually have trouble getting up and moving about and starting the day.
