There are medications that will bring on a period, but they only work if you are actually capable of having one. In your case, your body hasn't matured to the point that you have the hormonal cycle that results in menstruation, so it wouldn't apply to you. Birth control pills prevent ovulation from happening. The companies that make them make some versions in a 28 day pack, but the last 7 days are sugar pills. They don't actually do anything except keep you in the habit of taking a pill each day so you don't forget to take one. You don't have to take them at all during that 7 days, though most women do. You do have to take the other 21 pills, because they contain varying levels of hormones which work to keep you from producing an egg. Your period will arrive when the time is right for you, and you simply need to be patient until that day arrives. Medication that alters your body is not the answer, and it likely wouldn't work for you anyway.

Yes there is a pill that can cause you to have a period. Also you take placebo pills during your period week just to keep you on a regular schedule but you don't have to take them, you can throw them out but having a pill to take every day helps keep most women on a schedule. Also you can get pregnant during your period but taking birth control regularly will prevent this.

How old are you?

There are pills that induce a period, also a shot (provera, NOT depo provera).

You take birth control to try to prevent pregnancy as well as making your period regular, making your period less heavy and lessening the cramps.

Oh and, most importantly if you are using birth control for preventing pregnancy, they are ONLY 99% effective, which means ANY time you have sex, you risk the chance of becoming pregnant.
