I took four classes this semester and I think I failed like 2 or maybe 3 of them not sure. I am planning on taking the Spring and Summer classes as well to pull it up. What should I do if I decide to retake the classes that I failed as well as take the other classes that I need in Summer and Spring as well? Will it maybe boost it up a little? Thanks.

You should retake those courses before anything else. I would take them in the Spring because the information is still fresh in your head. Failing that many courses will have a negative impact if you are receiving financial aid, plus if you plan to transfer you want them to see that you completed those courses the next semester as opposed to waiting.

Let’s say you took the four classes and received 1 A and 3 F’s...that would be a 1.0 GPA for the fall which is well below the usual 2.0 required to keep financial aid plus your completion rate may be shot if your institution does not feel that you completed the failing courses (i.e stopped going).

Lets say you take four 3 credit classes in the fall and two 3 credit courses in the summer without retaking those classes and you get all B’s then your GPA would be : 2.3 which would get you back to where you need to be but your completion rate would still such which financial aid also looks at.

Now lets say you retake the 3 classes in the spring (plus another course for a total of for) and get all B’s and take two 3 credit courses in the summer and get all B’s then your GPA would be: somewhere around 3.3 which is way better.

Colleges all have different policies regarding failed courses. Most require you to retake certain courses, and if you are a freshman some may average or substitute the second grade you earn. Many also allow you to drop a course you are failing within the last couple of weeks to avoid having an 'F' on your transcript. Some schools also place you on academic probation after you fail several courses. There is also a limit on the number of courses you can take during one semester, so you may not stack several new courses on top of the repeated courses unless it falls within the limit.
The best thing to do is not to allow failed courses to pile up.

good lord, you failed 3 out of 4 classes?! Retake those classes and get straight A's nothing less. You aren't out of it but man if you don't do something miraculous you are screwed.
