You have to relax. Don't try to find out what you need to do to get inspiration.
Just do what you know makes you relax.
1. Get the report out of your mind.
2. Relax...
3. Let the ideas s l o w l y come to you.
Also, try watching some Shakespeare movies. A REALLY good one is "Much Ado About Nothing". There's also "Hamlet" with Mel Gibson, "Othello" with Lawrence Fishburn and "The Merchant of Venice" with Al Pacino.
Your question is somewhat reminiscent of Macbeth,
"I have no spur to prick the sides of my intent, only vaulting ambition which o'erleaps itself and falls upon the other."

What is it that u have to write a report on? Try looking up some info over the internet and hopefully you will get some inspiration.

When i am short of inspiration for a paper I sit in the pub with pen and paper and drink copious amounts of beer until something is unlocked in my mind.
