I just got a 3.3 for my fall semester at the university of toledo, and when I tell my parents there just like oh ok. Do they not care, or should I not tell them anything anymore.. by the way they AREN'T paying for my college I am

There's a few different reasons why they may have seemed disinterested. Maybe they were disappointed and wanted to hide their feelings. Maybe they figure that at this point in your life, you and only you should care about your grades - your life, your grades. Maybe they really were disinterested, or maybe they don't like your major... who knows.

What's important is how you feel about your grades. Not what your parents think of them.

That is entirely up to you as to whether you tell them again or not. Evidently you are upset that they weren't more excited about your grades, so next time you might try educating them about what it is that getting high grades requires you to do. Give them a excited and glowing report on your accomplishments, the amount of studying you did, how you rank among all students, any comments your instructors made etc. If they still just shrug it off, at least you tried.
