I would say the best weight training would be Squats and Bench Press to gain some muscle weight. For speed I would run up and down a hill with wide strides.

get a personal trainer or a football trainer if u have a gym around, or if you do not have that kind of money i would say u can look up ways to get good benificial workouts online. Incline training will highly increase your agility and endurance so i would recomend that also.

well the best way is to work out and lift everyday... also running and protein helps a lot. do similar work outs to what youll be doing in practice

lift weights, not only will they make you faster but also stronger. there are certain lifts that you can do to work out your calfs, thighs, and all that good stuff that will make you faster and stronger

join a health club - most schools endorse one for you if they don't have their own facilities- don't just lift weights / you have to know what you're doing- a trainer can set you up a routine
