Heres the deal, my friend loaned her $$$ for the 1st month rent 2 years ago and HAS NOT received a cent back. Now that he has moved he is still pissed that she owes him. Was I in the wrong for giving him her address even though they were friends and she may have told him her address a while back?

No, you were not wrong to give your friend the address of your other friend. You should hold your friends to high standards and NOT paying off their debts is a serious character flaw. Who else is going to keep us honest, but our friends.

Despite your personal opinions regarding this, it was wrong to get involved. Don't be surprised if you lose both of them as friends. This can only get ugly when she confronts you for giving her address & he uses you as the scapegoat for the whole thing. Better to stay out of it & play 'innocent' next time around.

Keep your nose out of others business. Don't get involved with their problems, all you're going to do is end up in the middle of drama that's not yours. What do you have to gain by telling anyone anything? Sounds like you're a little busybody.

Yes, you should have stayed out of it altogether. It's not any of your business.
