Heels. I would remember it more and learn. People sometimes can walk all over you and you don't realize it until it's to late.

The soreness and redness are extra probable to have been from donning the heels than from going barefoot. in simple terms stay off your ft for a whilst, and easily stay out of those heels.

Hi there Sawman.
If someone is going to use me as a doormat, I prefer they do it up right and use heels. I wouldn't want to forget the lesson easily and it would definitely make me think twice about going back for more.

Well barefoot would be nice, but if they try and put their foot on me, I wear a size 11 boot, and I will put my tread, lol on them. How is it going buddy..

when i do it, i prefer my steel toe boots with nice treadmarks to guide my way, and a twist of the ankle for good measure...
