PLEASE DONT SAY NOT TO CUT IT, I want to cut it due to phimosis and stretching nor hormonal cream didn't work.

Anyways, will the sensetivity of the head go away? Because I exposed the head while the penis was erect and I put some underwear on and Oh MY GOD did it feel is painful/sensitive.

Will this feeling go away?

I had it done when I was 20 and my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. It's a minor procedure and soon you'll get used to it. The ultra sensitivity of the head rubbing against your clothes will go away.

Does this effect sex? People somehow seem to confuse sensitivity with orgasm and the overall sexual experience. Although my penis became less sensitive (NOT a bad thing) it is still sensitive and I still get the same sexual pleasure from touch. Nothing turns me on more than my exposed glans being caressed by a woman. Something that's quite impossible to do when uncircumcised. Since I've been cut, I have gotten more stamina and more control. The orgasm itself has become a more intense experience. Sex simply feels great being circumcised and has gotten better!

Thousands of adult circumcisions are carried out every year. Around 20% are because of immediate medical need - phimosis, paraphimosis or balanitis. Probably about 5-10% are for religious reasons. The vast majority are of choice, mainly for the ongoing hygiene, health and sexual benefits it brings. In those societies where the infant circumcision rate is low or has been falling, a rapidly increasing number of teens and young adults are choosing to be circumcised as they discover that they have been deprived of its benefits. Circumcision is a simple and safe external operation which can easily be performed under local anaesthetic in the doctor's office. It can also be done under a general in hospital. After anaesthesia, the foreskin is pulled forward and clamped. It is then cut off with a scalpel and the two cut edges are stitched together. The wound is bandaged and the patient is free to go home. Healing takes place over the next few weeks just like any other deep cut. One cannot have sex or play contact sports for around 6-8 weeks whilst the healing completes and the swelling goes down. Circumcision is quicker, easier, heals faster and leaves less scarring when done in infancy, but otherwise the end result is more or less the same when done later in life. There is a wealth of information about circumcision on the Circlist web site.

If you do get cut I would recommend just having the overhang cut so you will still have something over most of the head at least when its soft. That would take care of the pain full sensitivity, and should cure your phimosis problem. The sensitivity would go away in time. But by the time your 50 your penis will be so desensitized you'll be lucky to even get an erection.

I was circumcised at 18 and you need a week to really get used to it! There is no lose, what happens is it will desensitize when the head is dry, but once it gets lubed you will have plenty of sensativity! I would get cut again in a NY second! There is nothing positive being uncircumcised! It's been 10yrs and sex is still 100% better! When the time came for my boy's (1&3) there was no doubt they were getting the snip!

My brother had it done later in life and was really sore but it does go away! You'll be good as new in no time.
