My 'dream trip' is to take a ferry from Vancouver/Victoria up the 'Inland Strait' to Alaska ... not a 'cruise ship' but a real ferry, because I want to go see the trees and the land and the wonderful animals and fish, and not be a 'noodge' being entertained in a 'hotel on the water.' I'm 57, and I may get to go when I'm 60-65 ... not much sooner, though, because we have our vacations before then planned ... they're fun, too, but they are not my 'dream vacation.'

...it all depends on what you like. I went to Paris a couple years ago...and I can honestly say that I absolutely loved it. And plan on revisiting it again and again and again if I can. It's just that flippin' magical. I have a friend that recently moved to Singapore for college and she swears it is the coolest place ever. I've been to 38 of the contiguous states and the San Francisco & Monterey area of Cali is as good as it gets in the good ol' USA.

More than anything, I want to go scuba diving off the coast of Alexandria. In the water there are statues from the Roman Era. Actual statues! Is that not the coolest thing you could ever want to see?

I always wanted to go to china cuz I've forever been fascinated with the culture, still a cool culture, but I went to China town, that was good enough

Ahh Paris...It is my life long dream to tour Europe.. I want to see England, France,Italy, Spain, even Ireland (the land of my ancestors) I am going to make this happen one day before I die. I know I will.
