"Smile" is correct - roughly 1300 thru 1600 - - though these dates are arbitrary.
The "Age of Reason" and the "Enlightenment" are terms used for the latter 1600s through the 1700s. Historical eras are ascribed after the fact by historians trying to arrive at constructs or artificial compartments to define periods of change. These are never perfect defined.
