Amphibians need land and water. They will dry out if they spend too much time out of the water or in a dry (not enough humidity) environment.

Amphibians live in the land and also in the water. But they will not stay longer in the water that is their nature.I supposed it will make a active and stronger.

amphibious means land and water. frogs are a simple example.
