No for two reasons. Who would want to kill her? And not all conspiracy theories are real. In fact, I can't think of one that is.

Yes. By herself. She ordered her drunken chauffer to run into a paprazzzi on a motor bike, and the drunk hit a pylon instead. Di murdered herself, her chauffer, and her slag boyfriend, by trying to murder someone else, and failing...the same as Dale Earnhardt did when he tried to slam another driver into the wall at high speed, and slammed into the wall himself instead. There has been a rash of murderers accidently murdering themselves, and it is fitting justice.
