Well it is true that Jesus was not born in December, but Christmas is also about being in good spirits. I definately don't think it's a waste of time or money because it's fun and it makes people appreciate things more.

I think Jesus was born in the spring, but we celebrate it in December, I forget why. I don't think its a waist of time. We give each other presents b/c that is what the 3 wise men did when Jesus was born, at least that's why my family does it.

I basically deliver playing cards to people who I won't see in individual to % them a Merry Christmas. If achievable i will first deliver them a e-card. If i've got not got that determination then the subsequent ingredient is a card. i can work out why you're able to think of a waste of money as a results of fact it is going interior the garbage and there are extra desirable places that money must be spent yet do you extremely take the fee of playing cards out of your funds and positioned it to charity. i don't think of you do. i don't think of you assert i could have spent $a million for each card subsequently i'm making a contribution of $a million x one hundred playing cards i could have despatched out. once you're making a contribution to charity you probable in basic terms say it truly is what i can locate the money for to grant. in basic terms say that there are extra desirable issues the money could properly be spent on. My husband thinks such as you. i don't see a Christmas card that way. It shows that somebody is questioning of you and that they are on your heart. it is element of the spirit of Christmas. i admire beginning the mailbox and getting mail. it is particular to open the mailbox and notice that ohhh a card from "Jane". It makes you think of of that individual and as quickly as I positioned my playing cards up alongside my hearth i'm blessed through all those around me that at the instant are not there to share Christmas with. additionally in case you sense strongly approximately giving to money to charity then why not purchase Unicef, WWF or St. Jude playing cards that's an determination.
