If you've had it less than 10 years, your chances of reversal are fair...about 40-50% success rate. After 10 years, your chances drop. Spermatazoa extraction from the testes can be done, but it is exceptionally painful, and the recipient often has to undergo IVF, which is exceedingly costly and about as successful as vas-reversal.
I would venture to guess that no matter what you decide you're going to be stuck with a rather heafty price tag....even adoption is costly. If you're not married, start shopping around for a woman who's already got children. And if you are married....well, start saving your pennies.

Reversal is the best way, IMO. It is costly (around $7000), but it allows you multiple chances at conceiving. Also it is especially good if you wish to have more than one child in the future. Another option is that you could just aspirate the sperm from you testicles and do IVF but that is extremely costly per try and your SO might not get pg on the first try. Adoption is also another option. It too is costly, but is a wonderful way to make a child's life better if you don't mind not having a biological link to the child.

If you wanted kids, why did you have a vasectomy? All you can do is have it reversed and hope for the best or adopt.

You can try to have the vasectomy reversed but still it's not 100% it will work. Otherwise, adoption is another option.

There is a reversal method but it only has a 50% chance of working and it is very expensive. Adopting is the best way to go- there are too many kids and not enough people who want them!

Yep. Basically you are done. You can always go back and get a reversal of the procedure, but it isn't guaranteed to work. Good luck with whatever you decide.
