just find a website that sells customizable jerseys possibly san diego's team site and create your own jersey with mannings name and number on the back

Nowhere, he was traded right to the Giants from the Bolts when he was drafted so the Bolts wouldn't have his jersey.

i'm guessing (but only guessing) that the only way you can get one is to order a customized chargers jersey from nfl shop and put manning's name of it
