Being a Dallas fan, I must say that I am concerned about that last 2 weeks of play. Going down to the wire versus Detriot and not showing up against the Eagles. I think they needed a gut check as TO stated, but how will they perform in the playoffs? The defense played great against Philly, it was the first time this season that the Cowboys offense sputtered. Will the Cowboys play well in the playoffs or are things shaky in Big "D" with Romos thumb and other injuries. What do you think??

We'll find out when the playoffs get here. All great teams get into a slump here and there. And I hope T.O. was right and the loss gives them a gut check. It's only one loss in 8 games, so I'm sure they will be ok on Saturday. If they play poorly against Carolina, then I'll start worrying.

First of all Romo needs to suck it up and play with that thumb. Brett Favre played with a BROKEN thumb on his throwing hand majority of the 2003 Season, yet still led the league in the Touchdown Passes. The second thing is they better find away to get players healthy or else they will not survive. Remember, The Packers and Vikings both played Dallas shorthanded while Dallas was healthy, and what was the margin of victory for the Cowboys in those games? Only 10 points.

Unless this team lights a fire underneath themselves, they could be knocked out of the first round. The next obstacle is they absolutely have to keep homefield advantage, because I gaurentee you, they may say it to the medfia that it's no big deal, but i GAURENTEE you, NO ONE in that locker room wants to go to Lambeau Field in late January and try to knock off Brett Favre in a monumental game in the elements.

Don't be so worried. It's hard to get up for every game when you are playing bad teams like Detroit and Philly. I see no reason to worry unless they have some bad injuries.

The sky isn't falling!

I wonder if they are ripe for an upset. If they don't focus and play better,I can see a first round shocker coming.Minnesota,
Seattle or Green Bay are capable of knocking them off.
