I used to be able to in my early teens but now I can't. I go bright red and start getting hot under the collar. Can't even lie over the phone without stuttering.

glad to know u r honest , but i believe everyone has told what they called a litle white lie ................. if u have ever witheld information when asked geting around the subject it is a lie, when u cheat it is a lie, lots of things can count as lying .but to boldly look into ones eyes and lie is very wrong

I grew up having to lie as my life depended on it quite literally.
I perfected the art for survival and now im adept at it. At my age though, i tend not to lie as i have no need.

Yes. Because my lies are so real they become true. I'll never admit to a "lie". In my mind, there is no such thing.
Any good liar knows that, lies are not lies ...it's all true.

Sure I can. All you have to do is convince yourself that what your saying is the truth. Then not only do you not feel guilty about it the person you are lying to wont be able to tell that you are lying.
