If she posted one of you, go after her for her illegal act rather than committing one of your own, that would be the sweetest vengeance of all in my opinion.

You can't go to jail - it's not criminal as long as you had her permission to take the pictures in the first place. You may be subject to being sued. If you are going to do something like that, you should make sure that you don't post them under your name or from your home computer - create a temporary e-mail address that you never access from your home, and post them from a public library computer.
Not that I would encourage you to do such a thing, but since you have no legal recourse for what she did, sometimes retribution is the only option.

I believe you have to have permission and a file of a lot of personal information anytime you post nude or semi-nude photos. Why would you want to do this anyway she is your x forget her she is gone, don't stoop to her level, if she wants to play games let her, ignore her, and she will soon be gone too.

No, there is nothing illegal about it. The only issues remain moral. Honestly, I see no problem with sharing it. If she is doing this to you, then even the score. I, for one, would love to see them.

I have no idea if you can do it legally, but I don't think it's a great thing to do to anyone, no matter how bad they piss you off.

No, just e-mail them to me instead :) ..... JK, well sort of ....
Why would you want to? or need to? Are you really that vindictive of a person?
If so, I wish you lots of luck with your future relationships as you're going to need it.
