Whoever said it is so fed up with you for some reason that they'd be happy to help you kill yourself if it means they won't have to deal with you any more. People who commit suicide by hanging themselves have been known to climb up on a chair, tie the rope to something and then kick the chair out of the way so they hang. This isn't going to be meant literally; probably it's just a way of expressing exasperation. It could also mean that if the two of you co-operate on a certain thing, you'll both be in trouble for doing it.

This isn't a set expression, just a combination of words. F is used here as an adjective, to express "very" or "extremely" or even "uncontrollably." Livid means very angry, angry enough for your face to turn red.

To be livid is to be very angry or upset.


So I assume when someone is F-ing livid, they are more than extremely upset.
